Message	allow you to see whether it's held on by double sided tape or by rivets. If there are no rivets inside the channel, then it is held on by the tape and you can use the fishing line method described in the previous post. If it is held on by rivets, they need to be drilled out in order to remove the molding channels from the car. Then you'll need a body shop to fill in the holes, repaint and blend the new paint to the rest of the car.
